More training sessions offered for Microsoft Teams

The Information Technology (IT) Division is offering more Microsoft Teams training for employees. Join these online training sessions and get all your questions answered. Each session provides a more in-depth look at your favorite Teams features.

The meeting link and directions for how to join will be sent out to registered attendees via email 24 hours before the start time

Teams Topics: Calendars and Meetings
Learn how to schedule and join meetings in Teams, how the experience differs when you invite students or outside contacts, and how to use various features within your meeting.
Thursday, June 25 from 10-11 a.m.
Wednesday, July 1 from 2-3 p.m.

NEW: Teams Topics: Using Channels and "Teams"
Learn how and why to create a team, best practices for communicating effectively in channels, and how to personalize your notifications to avoid missing important information.
Tuesday, June 30 from 2-3 p.m.
Wednesday, July 1 from 11 a.m.-noon
Thursday, July 9 from 1-2 p.m.

To register, log in to Cornerstone and hover over the “Learning” tab in the upper left. That will bring up a pull-down menu. Select “Events Calendar.” Click on the event listed on the calendar. Select Request to register. (See this guide for search and registration tips.)
