Stay the Course assistance for students
Update | Tuesday, November 10, 2020
Do you know a student in need of extra guidance or financial assistance? The Stay the Course® program may be able to help. Eligible students will be paired with a Navigator to help them overcome non-academic (life) obstacles such as loss of housing, change in income, or family emergencies, so they can focus on finishing their degree.
Students who are enrolled in Stay the Course® will also have access to non-academic emergency financial assistance up to $500 per semester for a total of $1,500 over the course of the program. Eligible students will be randomly selected through a lottery to participate. Please direct all referrals and inquiries to Keena Watson at 614-287-5792 or staythecourse@cscc.edu. Watson is with Catholic Social Services and helps coordinate the College’s Stay the Course® program.
Check out the Stay the Course video and Stay the Course flyer for additional information.
