Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration set for February 26

While the nation honored Martin Luther King, Jr. in January, Columbus State will honor the civil rights icon next month with its 30th annual celebration. Kimberly Brazwell, former special assistant to the president at Columbus State, will be the featured speaker. Brazwell is a social justice consultant, graphic recorder, and a performance and visual artist.
The event will also feature musical performances. It will be held on Wednesday, February 26 from 10 a.m.-noon in Mitchell Hall. Reserve a free ticket for the event.
