In-person support from IT Frontliners

The IT Frontliners will be providing in-person IT support to employees and students for Autumn Semester. The support will be available beginning Tuesday, September 8, in the Cyber Cafe in the lobby of the TL building.

The Frontliners can assist with: 

  • Laptop and hardware issues
  • Installation of approved software
  • WIFI connectivity issues
  • Accessing your CSCC email
  • And more

A mask must be worn for service. Technicians follow best practices in the social distancing and health protocols. To ensure your safety, a limited number of appointments are available.
