Update your name, address, phone, or emergency contacts

Updating contact information is now available for faculty, staff, and students in CougarWeb. Cybersecurity is essential as employees and students work remotely as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Teleworking and distance learning come with the added responsibility of taking appropriate steps to protect the College’s data while being connected online. Accurate contact information is one step to ensure the College has appropriate information if someone needs to contact you. 

Updating the information is quick and easy:

  • Login to CougarWeb, click on “CougarWeb for Employees” 
  • Under User Account, click “Update Profile/Change Address
  • Follow the instructions to update your contact information.

Columbus State has a text message alert system called Rave Mobile Safety. Register your cell today to receive alerts.
