Update | Tuesday, October 6, 2020
Ohio’s Finish For Your Future (FFYF) Adult Learner Working Group report was released in September. It was coordinated by the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE). The National Governors Association included the presentation along with a discussion of the group’s recommendations as part of their virtual site visit for the Governors Association “Educate for Opportunity” project.
The full report is at this link. At the top, the first link provides a comprehensive examination. The second “overview” link provides a brief recap.
The project had assistance from two Columbus State experts. Jack Popovich, professor of Business Programs, served on the ROI subgroup. Kelly Hogan, executive director of the Office of College Completion, served on the Adult Learner Working Group, chaired the Closing Equity Gaps subgroup, and was on the panel webinar.
