Wellness Program coordinator to present doctoral research

Nichole Bowman-Glover, Wellness Program coordinator, was selected to present her doctoral research at the 2020 Black Doctoral Network (BDN) Conference October 29-31. She will present "Factors That Influence Physical Activity Among African American Mothers at Recreation Centers” virtually. BDN provides opportunities for collaboration, support, and resource sharing while disrupting isolation and division of collective brilliance. Through the intergenerational, multidiscipline structure of BDN’s network, a pipeline of excellence from professionals and professors to graduate and undergraduate students exists, which has created a collaborative community.
