While the Assistance Center is closed due to the coronavirus outbreak, there are two options for faculty Blackboard support:

Beyond Classrooms faculty website

Blackboard Knowledgebase how-to documents for Blackboard, Collaborate, Kaltura and more

Faculty Blackboard and Collaborate live workshops
Starting May 5, Digital Education & Instructional Services (DEIS) is holding faculty workshops on Blackboard and Collaborate over Livestream:

Each workshop will be 30 minutes long. You can ask questions in real-time.
Every workshop will be recorded, closed captioned, and added to the Beyond Classrooms website for future viewing.

You don’t need to register to attend. Just go to the Beyond Classrooms Training webpage, choose a workshop, and select the link.
The Faculty Professional Development initiative will also offer virtual ACL Workshops beginning in June.
