Staff Employee of the Month: Allen Parsons

Allen Parsons, coordinator in Health & Human Services Advising, was selected as the Staff Employee of the Month. He was nominated by Trish Haaser, coordinator in Justice, Safety, and Legal Studies. Haaser said, “(Allen’s) helpful spirit is contagious.” Haaser adds that he has participated on at least three committees, providing guidance and expertise.

His supervisor, Lorrie Boerger, says that Parsons is always willing to go above and beyond. “For students, he confronts issues head-on and works collaboratively with colleagues to identify solutions and help students achieve their goals.”

Parsons award was announced during last week’s First Wednesday meeting.
