Police leadership graduate

Abu Farah, security coordinator with the Columbus State Police Department, graduated from the Police Executive Leadership College (PELC) on November 15.

PELC is a three-week executive leadership training program spread over three months. The intensive learning experience focuses on leadership skills vital to long-term personal success and change in the organization.

Abu has been with the department since 2009 and works primarily at the Delaware Campus.
