Performance review preparation for managers

Training sessions are now scheduled to assist the manager's review of employees. The training includes how to navigate the review, the philosophy of performance reviews, evaluating performance, and applying the rating scale to Key Responsibilities, Goals, and Competencies.

To register, log in to Cornerstone   (cornerstone.cscc.edu) and hover over the “Learning” tab in the upper left. That will bring up a pull-down menu. Select “Events Calendar.” Click on the event listed on May 20th (location WD 420). Select Request to register. (See this guide for search and registration tips.)

All sessions below are from 3-4 p.m. except where indicated. Locations will be announced soon.
