Grants team represents College at D.C. conference

Nearly two dozen Columbus State faculty, staff, and students traveled to Washington, D.C. for the 2019 National Science Foundation Advanced Technological Education (NSF ATE) Conference held October 23-25. The conference provided a platform for showcasing the College’s nine active NSF-funded projects. Automotive student Jacob Downing and cybersecurity students Jonathan Anthony Hernandez and Mike Pinkerman presented on topics in their respective fields. Five conference sessions featured Columbus State faculty and staff, with subjects ranging from apprenticeships to sponsored-initiative support.
