New fitness group classes

The Department of College Recreation & Wellness is kicking off the start of the semester with several new classes.
Group classes for summer
Mondays
Hatha Yoga with Kathleen at 1:00 p.m.
Wednesdays
Hatha Yoga with Kathleen at 1:00 p.m.
Fridays
Barre with Amy – 11:00 a.m.
Yoga, Mat Pilates with Amy at noon (Yoga and Pilates alternate each week)
Monday - Thursday
Summer Cougar Conditioning Club ($30 per semester for students, $90 per semester
for faculty, staff, and community members)
