The new Employee Website, scheduled to launch on November 1, aims to create an online hub for all faculty- and staff-related information at Columbus State. Here’s a look at some of the features of the new site.  See a brief video demonstration here.

The site is designed around six top-level categories: Faculty, Doing Business, Our College, HR, Technology, and Communications. Each category includes “topic pages,” which are single pages describing a function or process. The topic pages should make the site easy to search.

The new Employee Website replaces the intranet and portions of the old site. It is mobile-friendly and, for the first time, includes a search function. The site also retains the forms page from the old intranet.

A cross-functional group of nearly 50 faculty and staff worked on the project, which progressed in two phases in 2016-2017 and 2018-2019. With 240 pages and counting, the site will continue to evolve along with the College.
