What is a bystander?

A bystander is a person who observes a conflict or unacceptable behavior that may escalate into a crime.  An active bystander takes steps that can make a difference while maintaining their own safety.

If you witness something that seems unsafe, SAY SOMETHING!

• Dial 911 or go to the campus police
• Contact Title IX (Equity & Compliance) https://www.cscc.edu/services/title-ix/
• Submit a report to the Behavioral Intervention Team https://www.cscc.edu/services/student-conduct/reporting-incidents.shtml
