After decades of service, the familiar CougarWeb is getting an upgrade. The system behind CougarWeb is being phased out and replaced by a newer, more user-friendly system called Self-Service.
Self-Service contains all of the features of the old CougarWeb, with an updated and streamlined interface. Self-Service has already replaced parts of CougarWeb over the last year or so, such as the course registration section.
Students will use the upgraded system for most of their college business, including registering for classes, paying tuition and managing their financial aid. The system has an improved course search and, for the first time, CougarWeb will work on your mobile phone!

The new Self-Service contains a number of items faculty & staff will need to manage their employment, including pay advices and time entry. Faculty have recently shifted to Self-Service to view their schedules, class rosters, and to submit midterm and final grades and will manage Participation Census Reporting in Self-Service beginning Summer Semester.
- Participation Census Reporting
- Employee Time Entry
- Time Approval for Supervisors
