Please submit routine work order service requests via our online work order request. For Computer and/or Telephone issues, please contact the IT Help Desk.

Please Note:

If you are submitting a work order requesting the removal or disposal of furniture and/or equipment, you must attach a completed and signed Surplus Property and Supplies Disposal/Transfer Form to the work order
When creating a work order for a future event, please submit the work order no sooner than 30 days prior to the event.
