Organizational Development & People Analytics (ODPA) has announced the latest professional development options. They include virtual courses focused on: Everything DiSC® WorkSmart (new), LinkedIn Learning, and Workday Training. 

New! Everything DiSC® WorkSmart 
This set of five short form learning modules is designed to help learners apply DiSC® to everyday interpersonal challenges. Worksmart combines DiSC insights, short-form facilitated training, and on-demand action planning, ensuring learners can immediately apply DiSC to a range of interpersonal situations.

These two virtual sessions are the first of five modules launching this summer. 

Module 1-Giving Constructive Feedback: The first session is Wednesday, May 14. Reserve your spot today.
Learners explore the challenges of giving feedback with personalized insights based on their DiSC style. Learners learn the four key elements that make feedback strong, actionable, and encouraging as well as how to flex each of the elements based on their teammates’ styles. 

Module 2-Navigating Conflict: The first session is Thursday, May 15. Reserve your spot today.
Learners explore their behavioral instincts when they’re faced with conflict and examine how others have different instincts based on their unique DiSC styles. Through discussion and reflection, learners will create a custom action plan that will help them manage conflict with a team member.

This workshop is designed to engage everyone in building more effective relationships at work, help people adapt to others in real-time and, unlock engagement and inspire more effective collaboration.

Workday Training
New employees will have an opportunity to attend Workday training virtually every month, whether they are in an individual contributor role or in a people leader role with direct reports. Employees will learn how to navigate the Workday system with respect to their role and their day-to-day responsibilities. Current employees are welcome to attend as a refresher!
