Hospitality team assists Ronald McDonald House

When the Ronald McDonald House hosted its annual bake sale in November, Columbus State’s faculty, staff, and students pitched in to provide more than 250 pumpkin rolls. The effort was held in conjunction with National Apprenticeship Week Nov. 17-23. Chefs Barry Young, professor, and Jason Knapp, ACF, worked with culinary apprentices and the Hospitality Department to prepare and make the pumpkin rolls for the donation to the Ronald McDonald House bake sale.
