Gearing up for spring

The Staff Advisory Council (SAC) is sponsoring a series of exercise seminars to make the most of your fitness routine this winter. The presenter is Dustin Iacovone, specialist in College Recreation and Wellness. The first session is in two weeks.

Running Into the New Year
Wednesday, January 22 at noon in WD 1094

This seminar will use SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely)  goal setting to help participants design a walking/running plan based on their schedule and goals. You will learn different resources to keep them motivated and accountable. You’ll also create and leave with their own SMART plan.
