Virtual Service Available Jan. 3-8
To help keep students and staff healthy and safe, student sevices will be provided virtually via email, live chat, and phone Jan. 3-8. Visiting Campus: Health and Safety Protocols
For students who are attending in-person sessions, the following guide outlines procedures for safely coming to campus.
Daily Health Assessment for Students: Complete a daily self-assessment prior to coming to in-person instructional activity.
COVID Student Support Form: Report COVID-19 symtpoms or test results to receive general College support including addressing absences from classes.
Facial Covering Support Form for Students: Request a review of standards if you have challenges complying with the College's facial covering policy.
COVID-19 At-Home Rapid Test: Request to have rapid at-home tests mailed to your address at no cost. (When your on campus, you can also pick one up from any of the sanitization stations throughout campus buildings, or at Student Central (Madison Hall, Columbus Campus) or Student Services (Moeller Hall, Delaware Campus).

"How To" Videos: View videos created by peers in the Dental Hygiene program for support with completing the at-home COVID-19 test, properly wearing a mask, & other hygienic practices.
