Telephone Information Center
Telephone Information Center (T.I.C.) Representatives are able to answer questions for many of the campus departments, and the T.I.C. also houses the college switchboard. The representatives assist callers with questions related to Admissions, Records & Registration, Advising, Financial Aid, Cashiers, the Bookstore, and a whole lot more!

The central switchboard for the College is located in the TIC. The switchboard operators connect both incoming and outgoing calls for all the telephones on campus. Every time someone on campus dials -0-, the call goes to the switchboard.
To reach the switchboard operator from outside the campus, you can dial the main number(s) for the College. Locally, dial (614) 287-2400. All other calls should go to 1-800-621-6407. The switchboard is open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Fridays, and 9 am to 12 noon on Saturdays. We look forward to your call!
