Telephone Information Center

Telephone Information Center (T.I.C.) Representatives are able to answer questions for many of the campus departments, and the T.I.C. also houses the college switchboard. The representatives assist callers with services and questions related to Admissions, Office of the Registrar, Advising, Financial Aid, Cashiers, the Bookstore, and a whole lot more!

Telephone Information Center Representatives also answer calls for the following departments:

  • (614) 287-2453 for Admissions Information
  • (614) 287-2666 for Telephone Registration
  • (614) 287-2648 for Financial Aid

The central switchboard for the College is located in the TIC. The switchboard operators connect both incoming and outgoing calls for all the telephones on campus. Every time someone on campus dials -0-, the call goes to the switchboard.

To reach the switchboard operator from outside the campus, you can dial the main number(s) for the College. Locally, dial (614) 287-2400. All other calls should go to 1-800-621-6407.

The Telephone Information Center is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Wednesday; 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Friday, and the last Saturday of the month, 9 am to 12 noon. For one week before the semester begins and for the first week of the semester, we have extended hours.
