RSVP by May 15, 2009 to Nina Reese at nreese@cscc.edu. Please include your building and room number in the email so she can mail you your ticket.

If you plan to bring a guest, please print out this form, fill out and send inter-office to Nina Reese in the Telephone Information Center (TIC) One adult guest per employee will
be admitted with $12 pre-paid guest ticket.

Tickets for Spring Forward will be mailed when your RSVP has been received. Don't delay, mail it today.
