Timmons received a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1982.

Richard Owens

Past president of Heidelberg College in Tiffin and West Liberty State College in West Virginia. He has also served as a history professor at both institutions – currently at West Liberty State College. In addition, Owens has held leadership roles at several other universities, including the University of Rio Grande. Owens received a bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College in 1969 and Ph.D. from the University of Maryland in 1988.

Dianne Radigan

Dianne Radigan is director of community relations for Cardinal Health. Radigan helped launch the Cardinal Health Foundation’s $1 million, annual Patient Safety Grant Program and the Foundation’s $1.5 million support for Solutions for Patient Safety. Radigan previously served as chief operating officer of Children’s Hunger Alliance, and has a master’s degree in nutrition from Michigan State University .
