Fee payment deadline is Wednesday, June 23
AVOID DROPPED CLASSES!
Don’t wait until the last minute; pay your fees as soon as possible!
Fee Payment Deadline for Summer Quarter is Wednesday, June 23, 2010.
Cut-off times by method of payment are as follows:
- Wednesday, June 23, at 6:00 p.m. - Dublin, Westerville and Southeast sites - credit card payments only
- Wednesday, June 23, at 6:00 p.m. - Drop boxes in Madison and Rhodes Halls
- Wednesday, June 23, at 7:30 p.m. - Cashier's Office, USPS mail (must be received in Cashier's Office, not just postmarked), TIC (614-287-5353)
- Wednesday, June 23, at 11:00 p.m. - CougarWeb and CATS (telephone touchtone, 614-287-CATS (614-287-2287))
STUDENTS WHOSE TUITION AND/OR FEES ARE PAID BY SPONSORS OR THIRD PARTIES: All paperwork (including vouchers) is due Wednesday, June 23, by 4:30 p.m. to ensure processing by the fee payment deadline. If your paperwork is not received on time, you will need to make other arrangements to pay your fees by the deadline and arrange for reimbursement from your sponsor. Check your balance on CougarWeb or contact Student Accounting.
Avoid the last-minute rush and lines; Pay early!
If fees are not paid by the appropriate deadline, your scheduled
class(es) will be dropped and a $75 re-registration fee will be applied
to your fees if you re-register.
CATS and CougarWeb will be
unavailable starting at 11:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 23. The system will
be made available again no later than 8:00 a.m., Thursday, June 24,
2010.
As we typically experience a high volume of activity when systems become
available after the drop for non-payment, delays and slower response
time may occur due to the heavy system usage. Check CougarWeb
System Status on CSCC.edu for updates.
Offices open on Thursday, June 24, at 8:00 a.m. Students can also
register (or re-register) for available classes via CougarWeb
and the Telephone
Information Center, without an instructor's signature, until the
first meeting of the class.
