Early Grade Release for Graduates of Other Institutions
The process is to send a letter via fax to the other institution. The letter will state the students course(s), grades, and credit hours as well as the date the official transcript will be mailed. The student is not required to order and pay for a transcript as that is part of this process.
The form must be completed with the student's name, CougarID or Tax ID number (SSN), institution from which he or she is graduating, the name of the graduation coordinator, the coordinator's telephone number and fax number along with the student's signature. The form will not be processed if the information, including the student's signature, is not complete on the form. Also, the course information must be complete, including the final grade. If the grade is not provided, or it is not the final grade, the form will not be processed.
NOTE: forms submitted in person after the deadline stated on the form will not be accepted or processed. Forms submitted via interoffice mail and received after the posted deadline will not be processed.
The Early Grade Release Form for Graduates of Other Institutions is due by 4:30 p.m. on the deadline date listed below:
- Spring Semester 2014: Friday, April 25, 2014
- Summer Semester 2014: Friday, August 1, 2014
- Autumn Semester 2014: Friday, December 5, 2014
- Spring Semester 2015: Friday, May 1, 2015
- Summer Semester 2015: Friday, July 31, 2015
- Autumn Semester 2015: Friday, December 4, 2015
