Scholar House (low-cost housing for students)

Community Properties of Ohio offers a program called Columbus Scholar House (CSH). CSH is located at 17th Ave. and Long St., and has 10 units of subsidized housing that have been designated specifically for full-time students enrolled in college and maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA. The student must be income qualified for Section 8 Housing. Please contact Kimberly Rhyan (krhyan@cscc.edu) to receive a referral.
