Getting Started Information Sessions (Orientation Options)
GET ORIENTED! We offer a variety of options to help you get off to a successful start at Columbus
State.
Getting Started Information Sessions (Orientation)
- Online Getting Started Information Session - This is a self-paced option for new students to complete the second step in the enrollment process. New students may complete the Getting Started Information Session (Orientation Online) in lieu of or in addition to the Advisor-Led group session. Reserve your online Getting Started Information Session here.
- Advisor-Led Getting Started Information Session (Columbus Campus) – This information session will be led by a Columbus State Admissions Advisor. Newly accepted students will learn more about the steps to enrollment and tips to a successful start at Columbus State. If you will need a sign language interpreter, please complete the Sign Language Interpreter Request Form three or more business days in advance of your scheduled event. Reserve your Advisor-Led Getting Started Information Session here.
- Tip for success: Pair your Advisor-Led Getting Started Information Session with a Campus Tour. Check the schedule and make reservations for a tour and an Advisor-Led Getting Started Information Session on the same day. Common days to schedule both an orientation and a tour are: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and the first Saturday of the month. You may even have enough time to take your COMPASS placement test the same day.
