The Admissions Office will be closed on Friday, June 21

Admissions Advisors assist new students with the application process and provide information on programs of study and next steps for enrollment, including Getting Started Information Sessions (Orientation), placement testing, and applying for financial aid.

Meetings with admissions advisors are available on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Campus tours provide another opportunity to learn more about Columbus State.

Please follow these guidelines for contacting Admissions Advisors: 

  • First, please review the Get Started Guide, which guides you step by step through the enrollment process at Columbus State.
  • Contact one admissions advisor for assistance with questions not answered in the guide.
  • Provide your telephone number and address to assist us with responding to your questions. 
  • Meetings with admissions advisors are available on a walk-in basis in the Admissions Office in the lower level of Madison Hall.

5.  PSEO/Dual Enrollment/Early College/Other High School Program Advisors

Before Applying for Admission to Columbus State Community College, please be sure to talk with your School Counselor about which program(s) you may be eligible to take. You will be asked on the application to select PSEO A (High School or Home School), PSEO B, Dual Enrollment, or None of the Above/Other Early College. Please do not guess on this section of the application, as it may delay processing time. Most questions regarding these programs be found by visiting the K-12 Website. If not, please contact us by e-mail at PSEO@cscc.edu.
