ww.cotc.edu Central Ohio Technical College in Newark is the consortium's newest higher education partner. Tech Prep high school graduates can continue their Tech Prep education at COTC in the following fields: business, engineering technologies, health, information technologies, and criminal justice.www.ohiou.edu The Ohio University Lancaster Campus and Ohio University Chillicothe Campus are both college partners in the Heart of Ohio Tech Prep Consortium. Students can continue their Tech Prep education at these 2-year campuses with majors in areas of business, health, agriculture, engineering, environmental, information technologies, or criminal justice.
www.cscc.edu Columbus State Community College is one of three college partners in the Heart of Ohio Tech Prep Consortium. Tech Prep high school graduates can complete their Tech Prep program with 2-year degrees in fields of automotive, business, construction, engineering technologies, health, or information technologies.
www.colsjatc.com The Electrical Trades Center is a unique education partner in the Heart of Ohio Consortium. Through a special articulation arrangement with College Tech Prep, high school students in Tech Prep Electrical Technology programs can complete up to the first full year of an Electrical Trades apprenticeship by time they graduate from 12th grade. Postsecondary students in the apprenticeship training programs can also earn a special college associate degree at the same time, with very little additional coursework, through an agreement between The Electrical Trades Center and Columbus State Community College.
All of these postsecondary partners have pathways to Tech Prep programs at the college level (including the Electrical Trades Center through its agreement with Columbus State). Visit Programs & Sites for more information.
