SAC COOKBOOK

Want to see your name in print?

Submit your favorite recipe and help a fellow staff member.
The Staff Advisory Council is putting together a cookbook to
raise funds for the Employee Book Scholarship, and we need
your recipes!

We are hoping to include a range of recipes that showcase the talents of bakers, grillers, and unknown chefs from our campus community.  We’d like to include some of your good old fashioned “family recipes” that we know exist and are often prized “eats” at departmental pot-lucks.  This could be an entrée, soup, salad, bread, side dish, or desert.  If you would like to submit a recipe for consideration to be included in the cookbook.

E-mail your recipe in Word along with your contact information to saccookbook@cscc.edu. 
You can also include photos or short stories that go with the recipe that may be used.

The deadline for submission is October 31, 2007.
