2. Take the placement tests if necessary.

If you already work in a hospital, contact the Histology Supervisor to discuss a possible clinical placement in your place of employment.

Application dates

• Application available on website: October 31
• Application due: April 15
• Prerequisites:  must be completed by the end of spring quarter
• Acceptance letters:  mailed to students by June 15
• Student’s intention to accept form: due back by July 1
• Clinical placements made after July 1     
• Interview by clinical sites after placements made
• Histology Student Handbook and Clinical Practicum Manual: sent to students by July 15
• Acknowledgement pages from students: due August 1.
