Telephone Information
Center (T.I.C.) Representatives are able to answer
questions for many of the campus departments. The T.I.C.
sends out information about the College, registers
classes by telephone, and a whole lot more! If there is anything you need to
know and you don't know who to ask, the T.I.C. Reps are
there for you!

The central switchboard for the College is located in the TIC. The switchboard operators connect both incoming and outgoing calls for all the telephones on campus. Every time someone on campus dials -0-, the call goes to the switchboard.
To reach the switchboard operator from outside the campus, you can dial the main number(s) for the College... Locally, dial (614) 287-2400... All other calls should go to 1-800-621-6407... The switchboard is open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Fridays, and 9 am to 12 noon on Saturdays. We look forward to your call!

The Telephone Information Center was established at Columbus State five years ago. The central goal of the TIC is to provide the best quality information and service to the campus community.
To meet this goal, the TIC takes incoming calls and attempts to resolve at least 90% of inquiries. Thousands of calls can go through the TIC office each day.
