Gainful Employment Disclosure
Columbus State is committed to ensuring our certificate programs train people for meaningful, in-demand jobs.
In compliance with federal regulations, we present gainful employment information on our certificate programs. Select a program above for more information.
Final regulations published in the Federal Register on October 29, 2010, require institutions to report certain information about students who enrolled in Title IV-eligible educational programs that lead to gainful employment in a recognized occupation (GE programs). Those regulations also provide that institutions must disclose to prospective students certain information about the institution’s GE Programs. Here is information on certificate and short-term certificate programs that Columbus State offers that are Title IV eligible but do not lead to a associate degree and are therefore subject to Gainful Employment Disclosure requirements.
