 Action Projects for 2016-2017

Action Projects provide assurance of the college's ongoing commitment to the Academic Quality Improvement Program, the college's accreditation pathway. 

Aligning and Communicating Strategic Priorities, Phase II

Aligning and Communicating is a Category 4 – Planning and Leading project.

Program Review Pilot 
Contacts: Martin Maliwesky, Bruce Massis, David Tom 
This action project will improve planning, organization, process documentation, communication, identifying targets and using data to inform decision-making.  It will map an enhanced planning and budgeting process and develop a 12-month planning calendar that will improve and clarify processes that ensure that leaders set directions that are aligned with the mission, vision and values of the college.
