In-Person Registration

To register in person a student must complete the Registration Add/Drop form as stated on the guide line sheet of the form and return the form to the Records and Registration Department, Madison Hall, Room 201 Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon). To register in person the student must:

• Have a photo ID such as: Student ID, Driver's License, State of Ohio ID, Work ID.
  
  

• Read the guideline sheet on the Registration Add/Drop form.
  
  

• Complete the Registration Add/Drop form as stated in the guideline sheet with all of the requested information and any signatures as necessary.
  
  

• If you require a Prerequisite/Over 22 Credit Hours Permission form, this form too must be completed and accompany the Registration Add/Drop form.
   
  

The form must be completed with all of the necessary information. If it is not completed correctly, you will be directed to the Student Assistance Center in Madison Hall, Room 225 for assistance.
