The Community & Professional Testing (CPT) Center provides test proctoring services (written or computer-based) for students of other schools and universities. To request this service and schedule an appointment for testing, you must complete the electronic Proctor Service Request Form (link is below). When your Form is received, you will be contacted to verify and process the information. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your request. Incomplete forms or forms filled out incorrectly may delay processing. Once your request has been processed, your instructor and/or college or university will be contacted requesting the delivery of test materials. A team member will notify you to schedule your test time once the test materials have been received.
Instructors, schools or testing agencies are responsible for providing test administration instructions including password or other access to online testing. The CPT Center is responsible for providing services within the guidelines provided by the instructor, school or testing agency.
The Testing candidate is to be prepared to pay a non-refundable $40.00 Proctor Fee on the day of the scheduled test administration. Payment for this Proctor Fee is by credit/debit card, check or money order. Candidate must also bring a valid government issued photo ID on the day of testing. Please note, all cashier offices are closed on Saturdays. If you have a Saturday appointment, you will need to make your payment during the week prior by calling 614-287-5858. You may also bring a money order on the Saturday of the test.
