Students will have the opportunity to participate in multiple engineering pathways. Beginning in their freshman year students will have the option of Civil Engineering and Architecture or Engineering Technology pathways. Any student entering the program as a junior also has the opportunity to participate in the Manufacturing Operations pathway.
Engineering Technologies faculty give students a hands-on learning experience through a diverse array of projects, from developing a solar car to designing a cutting-edge device to track packages. Graduates of Engineering Technologies at Columbus State can then transfer to a four-year college or go straight into the workforce. All tuition and books fees are covered by AEP.
