Instructor Bios

JeffJeff Rayis is Director of Treasury and Debt at The Ohio State University.  He joined the University in 2012.  Previously, he was a group manager of J.P. Morgan's Treasury Services consulting team, focused on delivering global cash management solutions to corporate clients.  Jeff's instruction experience includes adjunct teaching of college courses in Economics, Money and Banking, and Finance, and serving as a speaker at national and regional treasury conferences.  He is also a CPA and holds series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

 

J Morris

Jennifer Morrison is the Vice President, Senior Risk Manager, for Corporate One Federal Credit Union. She functions as the firm's chief credit officer and has additional compliance responsibilities for a $5+ billion investment portfolio comprised of various securities, including RMBS, ABS, and corporate debt. She is a trained facilitator performing on site risk assessments of all payment and processing products company-wide and for other process functions, including HR, Accounting, Marketing, Sales. Jenny has specific duties to the Board and the Asset/Liability Committee, where she is a member. She is also a trained compliance professional; former corporate BSA/AML/OFAC Officer, along with being a skilled writer, trainer and speaker. Jenny retains responsibility for company-wide and member training events annually, specifically in BSA/AML/OFAC but also in Risk Management generally, and has produced numerous training webinars for Corporate One's membership. During her career, Jenny has been a Corporate Treasurer, handled store support and inventory management for a global retailer, and worked in M&A for a large regional financial institution. She started her career in indirect lending. Jenny received her MBA with a specialty in Finance, Marketing and Organizational Behavior from The Ohio State University, The Max M. Fisher College of Business. Her Bachelors of Science was also received from the College of Business at The Ohio State University. Jenny achieved her Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation about 15 years ago, and maintains her certification through continuing education and teaching the Columbus-area CTP examination preparation course.
