Nocti Business Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of NOCTI and was established in 1999 as The Whitener Group to serve the needs of business and industry in high-stakes occupational competency testing.  Nocti offers standardized assessments in over 80 occupational areas with full score reporting by competency, demographic and item analysis. 

These services are targeted to industrial, business, and municipal sectors and typically used for pre-hire or post-hire screening selection and decision-making related to position requirements and the knowledge and skills of the applicant.  Assessments are also used in ‘gap analysis’ to focus instructional training and employee professional development.
