Home Inspection (click to register) 

Gain the knowledge needed to succeed in a new career as a Home Inspector. You will receive 45 hours of instruction, several opportunities to have hands-on experience with home inspections, and a free one-year membership to the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

Upon successful completion of the Home Inspection Course, you will be able to:

  • Attain the necessary knowledge indicative of the home inspection industry standards.
  • Recognize residential construction materials and techniques of construction
  • Recommend the remedial action required to rectify identified problems.
  • Have a working knowledge of inspection equipment; proper use and application.
