If you intend to continue here as a student after the Spring Quarter, you DO NOT NEED TO REAPPLY TO CSCC. (You applied to the college when you applied to the PSEO/Self Pay program.) Your CSCC application is already in the system. However, you will need to (1) send your FINAL high school transcript to:

If you intend to transfer your CSCC credits to another college or university, you must request an official transcript from the Records and Registration Office. (You may obtain a Transcript Request Form via the USE website – www.cscc.edu/USE, click on Forms Directory, click on Transcript Request Form.)

We will end your PSEO/Self Pay restriction and PSEO/Self Pay program of study code at the END of the Spring Quarter (mid June). After this process is complete you will need to (2) select a Program of Study through Records and Registration, submit the change to Records and Registration, and contact the appropriate CSCC office to handle your Columbus State needs.

However, if you intend to register for Summer Quarter 2008 (registration opens April 28, 2008), you will need to complete and submit a Summer Quarter Course Request Form to the PSEO/Underage Enrollment Office, write: Graduating 2008 at the top of the form and you or your parent/guardian may sign the bottom of the form.

PLEASE ensure that you send your FINAL high school transcript to Records and Registration and choose a Program of Study! The PSEO/Underage Enrollment Office will not remind you to complete these steps.
