The new CougarWeb is here!
Just in time for spring quarter, CougarWeb is getting a new look for students and employees April 10. While the look of CougarWeb is slightly different, CougarWeb will still function in much the same way as it currently does. The revised CougarWeb has color-coded sections -- blue for students, dark tan for faculty, and maroon for employees. The new CougarWeb is intended to have simpler menus and consolidate multiple forms into a single location. It includes all the features of the original CougarWeb, as well as links to resources such as student e-mail, the bookstore and Blackboard. In an effort to make the system run more smoothly, Columbus State upgraded the hardware CougarWeb runs on.
We're not throwing you into it blindly. Columbus State has posted a manuals to help navigate the redesigned system. And if you cannot log in, contact the Help Desk at ext. 5050. The first thing you'll notice is a new login screen with three areas: Students, Faculty and Employees. You can log in using the "Log In" tab in the upper left, or you can click on your appropriate area and then log on. Students can access several CougarWeb features without logging on to the system. |
