Christopher’s

May 16 and 17 

Christopher’s, the Hospitality Management student-run dining experience, will be open two times each week this Spring Quarter.  Lunch will be available on Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. and dinner will be available on Thursdays from 6:15 - 7:30 p.m.

This week's offerings are:

Starters
Pho Bo with Shrimp - $1.25
Tossed Salad - $ 1.25
Buffalo Chicken Salad - $ 4.00

Entrees
Stir-fried Beef with Sugar Snap Peas - $ 4.50
Sticky Honey-Soy Chicken Wings - $ 4.50

Turkey Burger or Pulled Barbecue Pork Sandwich - $ 4.00
