Rights, Options and Available Services for the Complainant

If a person reports to the College that they have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and/or sex or gender-based stalking, the Director of Equity and Compliance/Title IX Coordinator or designee will provide them with the following notice of their rights, options and available services:

Persons who report experiencing other types of sexual misconduct will receive the following information about their rights, options and available services from the Title IX Coordinator or designee:

Rights, Options and Available Services for the Respondent

If the respondent accused of sexual misconduct is affiliated with the College, the Director of Equity and Compliance/Title IX Coordinator or designee will inform the respondent of their rights when they are notified of the investigation.
