The On-Time Registration Period begins with the first day of registration for the semester and ends five (5) days prior to the beginning of the semester.*
The Late Registration Period begins four (4) days prior to the beginning of the semester and ends on the last day for a 100% refund. A one-time Late Registration Fee of $100 will be assessed for registration during the Late Registration Period. Please refer to the Semester Calendar for all Late Registration Periods.
Important Notice for Financial Aid Applicants/Recipients: Columbus State Community College uses a "freeze date" each semester to determine a student's enrollment status for disbursing financial aid. Financial aid will only pay for courses added before the freeze date for a course section. The financial aid freeze date coincides with the 15th day of the semester. If a student adds or drops classes before the freeze date, the amount of aid for which the student is eligible may be affected.
To register in person a student must present a completed and signed Registration Add/Drop Form.
Students have the responsibility to view their schedule for accuracy and to ensure that all fees are paid prior to the deadline.
