If you would like a hard copy of a Dean's List letter, you may complete the request form (Request For Replacement Dean's Letter form) and bring it to the Records and Registration Department, or mail it to the address on the form.
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the address that is currently on the system is accurate. You may call the Telephone Information Center at (614) 287-5353 to verify and update your current address. You may also verify and update your address, in person, at the Records and Registration Department.
