Administrative Withdrawal Petition

student with booksIf there are documentable, extenuating circumstances that have prevented you from withdrawing from your class(es), you may petition for an Administrative Withdrawal from the course(s). The circumstances must be documentable and have prevented you from officially withdrawing from scheduled courses.  The course(s) must have been taken no longer than 24 (twenty-four) consecutive months prior to the filing of the petition.  Petitions submitted past the deadline will not be considered.
