Media Services Request Guidelines
- All delivery requests should be made 24 hours prior to the expected delivery time.
- All check out item request should be made 24 hours prior to the expected pick up time. Items are available for pickup in Columbus Hall (Library) room 103.
- In the event of a campus closure, items will not be available for pickup and deliveries will not be made during the time of the closure.
- Unfortunately, a request for equipment is not a guarantee that the equipment will be available. On many occasions all equipment is already delivered or checked out for the day.
- Please do not move equipment from the room it was delivered.
- Please secure all equipment after use. If you are unable to secure the equipment for some reason please call 614.287.5050
