Find Your Username, Cougar ID, and Password:

1. Visit www.cscc.edu

2. Click on "CougarWeb" in the top-right hand side of the page

3. Click on "What is my CougarID?"

4. Choose either "Discover my Login Name" or "Discover my Cougar ID"

5. Enter your information and click "Discover"

Log into Cougarweb:

1. Visit www.cscc.edu

2. Click on "CougarWeb" in the top-right hand side of the page

3. Click on the blue box "CougarWeb for Students"

4. At the bottom of page, click "Log In"

5. Enter your Username and Password

View your Financial Aid Award Letter:

1. Log into "CougarWeb"

2. Under "Complete Financial Aid Steps," click on "2016-17 Financial Aid Self Service"

3. Under Financial Aid Counseling at the top of the page, from the drop down menu choose Award Letter

PELL Grant amounts listed are based on full time status

In order to receive loans you must be registered for at least 6 credit hours and complete the Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling - as indicated in your notifications.

View/Pay your Bill:

(Fees are due in full 5 days prior to the start of the term)

1. Log into Cougarweb

2. Under the "Financial Information" heading click on "Manage My Account" and then "Account Activity".

3. Balance and refunds will be stated at the bottom. Positive balances are money owed. Negative balances are refund amounts.

Financial Aid will disburse (pay) 10 days before the start of the term.

4. To make a payment while in "Manage My Account" - choose "Account Activity", "Make A Payment". Enter the amount in the "Amount to Pay" box. In the drop down box select payment method. Click "Proceed to Payment".

5. Click on "Pay Now".

Disbursement date information

Get your Student ID:

1. To retrieve your Student ID, your fees must first be paid.

2. Financial Aid will disburse (pay) 10 days before the start of the term. Once your fees are paid, you can follow the steps below.

3. First time students must bring in a valid government ID (such as a driver's license, or state issued ID) to Student Central, lower level of Madison Hall to have their ID card created.

4.  If you lose your Cougar ID, you will need to contact the CSCC Police Department, Delaware Hall, Room 047, about a replacement.

Set up Direct Deposit:

1. Log into your CougarWeb account.

2. Under the Financial Information heading on the left-hand side of the page, click “Bank Information”. A new internet tab will open.

3. Enter information, agree to terms, and select “Submit”.

Options to Enroll in an Extended Payment Plan:

(Deadlines are firm and a $15 non-refundable fee applies)

1. Log into your CougarWeb account.

2. Under the Financial Information heading on the left-hand side of the page, click “Extended Payment Plan Forms and Information”. A new internet tab will open.

3. Click “Enroll in Extended Payment Plan”, choose appropriate the term, and click “Submit”.

4. Choose plan, agree to terms, and select “Submit”.

View Bookstore Funds:

1. Log into your Cougarweb account

2. Under the "Financial Information" heading click on "Bookstore Charge Transactions"

3. Amount purchased and available will be displayed.

Find Important CSCC Dates including Refund Dates:

1. Visit the Academic Calendar, find the appropriate semester, and click on “Academic Calendar/Dates and Deadlines” for the current semester.

2. Financial Aid Dates and Deadlines are available on the Financial Aid homepage.

3.  Refund Dates can be found here.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are sent from the Cashier's Office.  All questions regarding funds and bank information should be directed to the Cashier's Office on the second floor of Rhodes Hall.  You can also reach them by telephone at (614) 287-5658 or through email at stuacct@cscc.edu 

Access Your CSCC Email:

1.Visit www.cscc.edu

2. Click on "Email" in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Click on "New Email Office 365".

4. Enter your CSCC Email address (username@student.cscc.edu) and Password (this will be the same password used to log in to CougarWeb).

Register for a Parking Pass:

1. Log into your CougarWeb account.

2.Under the "Additional Services" heading, complete steps 1-3.

3. Parking pass will be mailed out within 3 weeks after date of registration. Tuition balances must be paid in full to receive parking pass.

If your add the parking pass BEFORE your financial aid has disbursed, it will cover the cost of the pass.

If you add the parking pass AFTER your financial aid has disbursed, you will need to make sure the parking pass is paid for by checking Manage My Account.

You will be responsible for paying $35 for your parking pass if you do not have sufficient financial aid to cover the cost or you have already received your refund.

If paying out of pocket for the pass, you can make the payment on the Manage My Account section of your CougarWeb or at the Cashier's Office.

Your parking pass will be mailed to you from the CSCC Police Department.  If you have not received your parking pass within 3 weeks please contact the CSCC Police Department in Delaware Hall Room 047 or by phone at 614-287-2525.

Purchase a Bus Pass using Book Allowance

You can use your book allowance to purchase a COTA Pass.

1.  Visit Customer Care in the Columbus State Bookstore.

2.  Have a valid photo ID or Cougar ID with you.

3.  Use your book allowance to pay for the pass.

NOTE:  If you do not have enough book allowance to purchase the pass, you must pay for the difference out of pocket.
